The licensing authority for Xizhi and Keelung. Written, closed-course and road tests for our car, scooter and heavy-motorcycle students are held at our own training ground by examiners from this office. Students on the commercial-car course take their written and road tests at the Keelung office itself (meet at the main gate at 09:50 on the test day with your ID and car licence).

Health check
What
A short physical examination (eyesight, colour vision, hearing, limbs) recorded on the official driving-licence health-check form for your licence type. A general medical report is not accepted by the Motor Vehicles Office.

Public hospitals such as Taipei City Hospital (Zhongxiao Branch); Nangang District Administration Center; Nangang Software Park Building H, 2F; Keelung Motor Vehicles Office (agent counter); Keelung Xin Kunming Hospital.
Fee
NT$250, paid directly to the clinic.
Waiver
If you passed a car licence within the last year, no health check is needed for the scooter road test (bring your car licence).
Deadline
Hand the completed form in to the school before your course starts.
